We use the contact information and event details you submit to review your request, arrange your event, and communicate with you about booking and billing.

Booking and billing services

Our booking system uses Zoho Bigin to manage event requests and Zoho Invoice for billing. Booking processing also stores request and operation information to prevent duplicate reservations and payments. Website requests are subject to rate limits to protect the booking service.

Address suggestions

When address suggestions are enabled, Mapbox processes address text as you type to suggest locations. You can enter your event address directly. Please keep sensitive personal or payment information out of event notes.

Contact us at hello@celenasicecream.com with questions or requests about your booking information. Include enough information for us to identify your request, but do not send card details.
